        The HTP6660 is an over voltage protection chip with low on-resistance internal MOSFETs to protect low voltage systems from input voltage faults up to +30VDC.

When the input voltage reaches the over voltage protection threshold, the internal MOSFET switch is turned off to prevent the high voltage from damaging the downstream equipment. When the OVLO input is connected to GND, the HTP6660 automatically selects the internal fixed OVLO threshold. The over voltage protection threshold can be set from 4V to 20V by external voltage divider resistors. The chip has an over-temperature protection function.
